We have no strict minimum order quantity. Whether you need a single semi-custom piece or a full kitchen’s worth of cabinetry, we’re happy to work with you. However, for orders under 5 cabinet units, there may be a small batch production fee to cover setup costs.
All our semi-custom cabinetry comes with a comprehensive 10-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This includes cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and hinges. Our countertops carry a 5-year warranty. Hardware warranties vary by manufacturer but typically range from 5-15 years.
Returns may be accepted for extra pieces or canceled orders (both instances case-by-case). Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. To help avoid unnecessary charges, we strongly encourage careful review of all design documents before approval to ensure complete satisfaction.
