In 2017 a father and son were flipping houses and buying multifamily buildings across Minnesota. They laid flooring, hauled debris, and installed the cabinets themselves.
The work started on those job sites.
The cabinets that would not last.
Every house they sold and every unit they renovated needed new cabinets. They bought the big-box lines a lot of contractors use. The cabinets looked fine and did not last. Delivery dates slipped, service was hard to reach, and the replacements kept coming.
We sit between a big-box order and a full custom shop. Delivery follows a published clock, and the boxes are built with the care of a small shop.
